Delivery Destinations
Dear Client,
Due to the increase in fuel prices we are will be unable to re-deliver if the recipient is not home.
A few things we can do for you to be sure your gift is received when you were intending it.
Choose a delivery destination that you know the recipient will be home or at work during our delivery hours. For example, if they work from 9 am -5 pm, the delivery should go to this destination.
Let us call to make arrangements for delivery. If we have to leave a message we will deliver the gift when the recipient returns our call and makes arrangements for delivery.
We can leave the product if instructed by the recipient or the gift giver. If we do this we will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damage product.
We are unable to take any request for morning deliveries** , other than a morning funeral or event. We take all deliveries out after 1 pm. Delivery time is 1pm -4pm in the September 1 through May 1, and in May ..... 1pm -3pm. All arrangements are made fresh on same day of delivery, and we can keep the delivery charge at a reasonable price.
** If you require a morning delivery please call in your order we will have a $13.50 delivery fee for morning time deliveries and timed. If you request a timed delivery any time of day and the recipient is not home we have reserved the right to leave the product. ***
Flowers by Rustic Bouquet is located in West Lafayette, IN on Purdue University Campus. We deliver to following zip codes.... as well as these locations: Westminster village, Green Tree, University Place, Cumberland Pointe, Heritage Health Care, Indiana Veterans Home, Friendships House, Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, Shoemaker Funeral Home, Hartzler Clapper Funeral Home, Soller Baker West Lafayette, Soller- Baker Lafayette, Hippensteel, and all other Lafayette funeral homes, IU Health Hospital, St. Elizabeth East Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Centeral Hospital. Phone maybe required for some locations listed. Saturday deliveries during fall, winter and spring must be in at different times due to shorter hours on Saturday.
Flowers by Rustic Bouquet does our best to make deliveries on the day requested, subject to weather , a recipient not being home, or not replying to voice messages left by Rustic Bouquet.
