I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the special touch you add to your floral arrangements. My wife always loves your arrangements, and my mother just loved the arrangement you put together for her birthday. My hat's off to you - you managed to make me look good!

I called the evening of Friday, April 17 at about 4:00PM and requested to order one dozen red roses in a vase. I feel bad, but I forgot the name of the nice woman that I spoke with. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She not only processed my order less than one hour before closing, she also arranged for it to be delivered to the Union Hotel where I was to be staying that night. I proposed to my girlfriend that evening and the roses were definitely a very nice touch. I sincerely appreciate you helping me make that night very special on such short notice!

I like doing business with people who feel like family to me which is why I have continued to bring my flower business to the Rustic Bouquet. I can call Sharon or Tracey to send things to my secretary, family or other people on campus and they know my tastes. They have been with me through special occasions, many of the proms and dances of my three daughters and losses. Additionally, loved ones have found it equally convenient to order flowers for me from the Rustic Bouquet and those ladies are great at directing people toward the perfect gift for me. (Thanks ladies for remembering that yellow roses are my favorite!!) I recently received a call from Sharon stating that someone was sending flowers to me for my birthday however I was scheduled to go out of town for business. Sharon told me that she didn't want me to miss out on enjoying the flowers and asked when I would return. She scheduled the flowers to be delivered the evening I returned from my trip. It was a delightful way to be welcomed back home.

I have been a customer of Flowers by Rustic Bouquet for nearly thirty years. I started using them when I was dating my wife, and I guess I can say they helped me "win her over". Sharon Hale is one of a kind, and her daughter, Tracey, is also very special. I have continued to use them over the years because of their quality and personal touch on each order. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to send the very best.

Several years ago, my mother mentioned how much she admired and enjoyed a flower arrangement that she received from Flowers by Rustic Bouquet. As we neared Mother's Day that year, a thought crossed my mind - wouldn't it be nice to be able to send her flowers every month throughout the year? There were a couple hitches to my plan: one, i live close to the west coast, and two, what were my chances of remembering to order something every month?

A simple phone call to Sharon Hale, owner of Flowers by Rustic Bouquet, and the plan was put into motion. Every month or so, Sharon delivers "something to my mother". Sharon has tremendous creativity and resources. The deliveries vary every time - fresh flowers themed for a special occasion, a wreath for the front door, ceramic bunnies around Easter, fall potting flowers, spectacular poinsettias, an orchid, spring flowers in a brightly painted watering can, flowering bulbs and the list goes on and on. Sharon and I agree on an amount to be spent for the eyar, which allows her to do simple things as well as truly special arrangements. She can take advantage of what's new and fresh, as well as select unusual items as she sees them.

Occasionally, Sharon will call my mom and ask if there is anything special that she would enjoy. Mom also knows that she can call Sharon and request flowers should she have a dinner party, occasion, or any time she wants a particular arrangement. From my end it's easy - Sharon and her daughter Tracey do all the work. They remember, they come up with the ideas, they design the arrangements, and they deliver.

The best part? My mom truly enjoys and looks forward to each and every "something". I get wonderful descriptions of the arrangements and know how much she appreciates the deliveries.

Thanks to Flowers by Rustic Bouquet, each delivery reminds us both that there is much love and beauty in our lives.
